# Student materials and classroom use

The student handout and student workbook accompany Ame Quarter version 0.2.0.
All property and lease data are hypothetical teaching assumptions.

## Limited classroom permission

Permission is granted to instructors and students to download, print, and share
`student-handout.html` (and its Markdown source `student-handout.md`) and `student-workbook.xlsx` within their own noncommercial
classes, including a course learning management system. Instructors may adapt
the assignment and input assumptions for those classes, retaining attribution
and marking changes. This permission does not authorize commercial resale,
public redistribution of adaptations, or distribution of separately supplied
instructor solutions. Other uses require the rights holder’s permission.

This limited permission applies only to these two student files. It does not
change the rights for the software, scene, or other repository material in
the root LICENSE.md, or any third-party license. Attribution does not imply
institutional endorsement. Materials are supplied without warranties.

## Files

- Student handout: all core data, assumptions, tasks, and deliverables.
- Student workbook: supplied inputs and blank calculations. It contains no
  instructor key. Students enter and document their own formulas.

The calculator displays the demonstration result. Assess the calculation trail,
economic interpretation, sensitivity analysis, and recommendation.
